If you would like to report any pollution events please call or write us. Below is the information needed in order to investigate the complaint. If we do not have the delegated authority to solve the problem, we will try to guide you to the proper authorities. Our delegation is for Chapter 102 (Erosion and Sedimentation Control for stormwater related to Construction activities), Chapter 105 (Dam Safety and Waterway Management), and Chapter 91 (Nutrient Management).
